You're not alone. We're here to listen.

Lifeline Adelaide has offered crisis support to the community for nearly 60 years. We are one of 40 centres across Australia providing 24-hour crisis support and suicide prevention services to Australians experiencing emotional distress. We are committed to empowering Australians to be suicide-safe through connection, compassion and hope.

Lifeline exists to ensure that no person in Australia has to face their darkest moments alone. Our experience has shown us that it is through connection that we can find hope. We are available 24 hours a day to listen via phone, text or online chat. We listen without judgement to any person in Australia who is feeling overwhelmed, experiencing crisis or is simply longing to be heard.
